Terms of use
Last updated 3 November 2026
ALL 12 is a free app for practising piano chords, run by Tomáš Novotný. By using it, and in particular by creating an account, you agree to these terms. How your data is handled is described separately in the privacy notice.
Using ALL 12
You can use ALL 12 without an account. An account lets you save drum patterns and keep a practice history. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
Fair use
Please don't:
- try to get into other people's accounts or into parts of the app not meant for you,
- overload, attack or scrape the app, or automate it in ways that burden it,
- use it for anything unlawful.
If an account breaks these rules, we may restrict or close it. We'll tell you why by e-mail, and you can reply to object.
Your content
What you save in the app — drum patterns and practice history — stays yours. We only store and process it to provide the app to you. It isn't shown to other users.
Availability and changes
ALL 12 is free and provided as it is. We may change features, and we may shut the app down; if we do, account holders will hear by e-mail in advance, with time to ask for a copy of their data.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using ALL 12 or from it being unavailable — for example lost practice data. This doesn't limit liability for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, harm to life, health or other natural rights, or any other liability the law doesn't allow to be limited, and it doesn't affect your rights as a consumer.
Ending
You can stop using ALL 12 at any time and ask us to delete your account by e-mail.
Law
These terms are governed by Czech law. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection the law of your country of residence gives you.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date above changes too. We'll tell account holders about important changes by e-mail before they apply.
